Tom Meyers (Nl, En, Fr, De), is an Osteopath and Stress Coach who has been working with patients suffering from (work-related) stress for the last 10 years.

Tom has written the eBook ‘Reaset: The return of Ease’, has written on a regular basis articles for ‘Together Magazine’ and presented on Radio X the weekly feature ‘Health Matters’.

Tom is also a regular public speaker and trainer in Belgium and abroad on the topic of ‘Understanding and Managing Stress’ in which he shares scientific research blended with his professional insights on the Body-Mind aspect of stress.
